Klyra
An agent CRM with its own API, so a clinic can use it beside the phone agent or on its own.
Abdul Moiz builds internal software around one operation. CRMs, dashboards, billing screens, and admin consoles. He is based in Islamabad and has shipped this kind of system for telecom, dental, and commercial teams.
Generic SaaS is right until your rules no longer fit the settings page. Custom software is the next step. The aim is a tool staff open every morning, not a portal nobody finishes.

Questions
Yes. Recent work connects to practice systems, payment links, AutoTrader, telephony platforms, and HMRC oriented workflows. If it has an API or a stable export, we can usually start there.
On a client project, yes, unless we agree a licence the other way in writing. Employer products on the work page belong to those companies.
After a short look at the workflow I send a fixed scope for the first release, or a monthly build block if the process is still moving. I do not quote a serious internal system from a one line brief.
